Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Mossystones AI consulting services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

Mossystones provides AI technology consulting services including:

• AI-driven event planning consultation and implementation
• AI-powered operations optimization strategies
• Strategic AI implementation planning and execution
• Lead generation services for AI consulting opportunities
• Custom AI solution development and deployment

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Cooperate with Mossystones team members and provide timely feedback
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary methodologies and tools
• Pay all fees according to agreed payment terms
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Lead generation services are billed per qualified lead as specified in pricing
• Consulting projects require 50% payment upfront, 50% upon completion
• Monthly retainer services are billed in advance
• Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge
• All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes

5. Intellectual Property

Mossystones retains ownership of all proprietary methodologies, tools, and frameworks developed prior to or independently of client engagements. Client-specific deliverables and custom solutions become the property of the client upon full payment.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, business strategies, and technical details shared during the engagement. This obligation continues for 5 years after the termination of services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mossystones' liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our recommendations are based on available information and industry best practices, but results cannot be guaranteed.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Client remains responsible for payment of all services rendered prior to termination. Mossystones reserves the right to terminate immediately for non-payment or breach of terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Odessa, Texas.

10. Modifications

Mossystones reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
